A leading FMCG Company with a global presence is hiring a Senior Indirect Buyer into their growing international procurement team based in Warsaw.
The purpose of a role will be to carry out indirect procurement activities especially in the area of transport and supply chain. In this role the candidate will be responsible for preparing and conducting contracts and price negotiations within logistics area to contribute to the profitability of the company. The candidate will also monitor supply agreements to mitigate business risk and secure the best price, quality and performance.
To succeed in this role you will need to be passionate about procurement and possess a 'can do' attitude. A minimum of a Bachelor's degree and around 2 years of related experience in purchasing, procurement in indirect categories are required but my client is open to industry background. The successful Senior Indirect Buyer will have strong communication and negotiation skills. In addition, there is a need to be proficient in Excel and fluent in English. Our Client is looking for a service and results oriented and able to cope with challenges person.
