For our Client, a stable international manufacturing company, we are looking for Candidates who will overtake a position of Senior Indirect Buyer (Logistics category). The position is located in Warsaw.
Senior Indirect Buyer will strive for capturing synergy and optimization within Logistics category and will work collaboratively with internal clients (management boards and procurement teams) in EMEA Region. He/She will cooperate with suppliers, negotiate terms and develop insight-driven recommendations. The objective of Senior Buyer is to catch and evaluate international sourcing needs, build execution plans as well as translate analytical insights into strategies to deliver increased performance. Senior Buyer will build a best-in-class expertise and market knowledge for Logistics category. This role is a part of the cross-functional centralized team of Indirect Category Management.
We are looking for Candidates with at least a few years of professional experience in procurement, in indirect category management. The expertise of Logistics category (road, rail, air freight, courier) is crucial for this role. To succeed you will need as well strong project management, negotiation, communication and problem-solving skills. Fluent command of English is a must. Experience in leading procurement projects independently and negotiating contracts are required.
