Senior In-house Lawyer
This role will provide legal support to business teams and located in European Union. The role is based in Warsaw but will require high levels of collaboration and communication across multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.This is a meaningful role that reports to the CEO.

Opis stanowiska
- Providing advice, preparing legal opinions and explanations on current issues related to the functioning of the company, in the field of corporate, commercial, civil and labor law,
- Drafting and reviewing contracts, opinions, letters and other legal documents for clients, authorities, courts, and any other third parties,
- Corporate services for companies, preparation of draft resolutions and corporate internal legal acts,
- Participation in contract negotiations,
- Creating legal documents related to the company's activity,
- Keeping company files,
- Cooperation with external entities providing consulting services for the company,
- Monitoring and reporting the changes in regulations relevant to the functioning of the company.
- Development of procedures and internal regulations,
- Preparation of letters to state institutions and cooperating entities.
Profil kandydata
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Higher level law education and qualifications of an attorney-at-law or Legal Counsel,
- Written and oral fluency in English at advanced level is a must
- Very good knowledge of corporate and civil law
- Advanced level of interpretation skills of law articles in Polish and in English
- Good knowledge of labor law and GDPR is appreciated
- Experience in a multinational company is essential

- Detail-oriented with exceptional analytical skills; Effective conflict resolution
