For our Client, well known financial company, we are currently looking for Senior Implementation Consultant with German and French to join Global Trade & Receivables Finance's department.
While working at the position of Consultant,you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient completion of technical and operational on-boarding activities for new to trade or new to bank clients; ensuring Credit/Risk recommendations, Know Your Customer (KYC) Procedures and other GTRF Procedures Guidelines / Manuals are implemented and adhered to; delivering on Client Service model by coordinating transition from reactive to proactive service proposition. Your job is to take part in applying policies, procedures, practices and standards to their allocated tasks, taking responsibility for their own actions, to ensure the achievement of high levels of quality, effective risk management and regulatory compliance.
We are looking for Candidatewith fluency in English, French and German; strong relationship management and change management skills; experience in driving team and individual performance to achieve customer and financial targets.
An ideal Candidateis Subject Matter Expert in eCommerce Channel Enablement Operations, Client implementation or Helpdesks, with exposure to global trade and receivables finance, services, products and techniques.
