For one of our Clients, well known, international technology company, we are currently looking for an experienced HR Specialist to join their team.

Your new role
While working at the position of Senior HR Specialist, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment processes for all level positions and coordinating all administrative tasks in the company. In scope of your responsibilities will be also employer branding initiatives, creating career development paths, participation in carrying out annual employee assessments, conducting training processes and contact with recruitment and career agencies. Moreover you will strictly cooperate with managers in order to propose and participate actively in defining and implementing company’s HR strategies and tools.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for Candidates with more than 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in multinational IT company. You need to be fluent in English and Polish to communicate easily with management, employees and candidates. Responsibility in performing assigned tasks, exceptional interpersonal and problem solving skills are also highly required. To succeed in this role, you will need to have can-do attitude, multitasking approach and ability to work in a team. Knowledge of software development processes is an asset.
