Your new company
For our client, a famous fashion brand known for its outstanding jewellery, we are looking for the experienced HR Specialists for the senior position in its Shared Service Centre in Gdańsk. In this role, your key tasks and responsibilities will be to support the entire hire to retire process for all employees, within different HR processes.

Your new role
Your main duties will be the following:
  • Perform and support all employee life cycle related processes from hire to retire (such as onboarding, probation, training, inquiries etc.) and ensure changes and documentation are delivered according to the defined KPIs
  • Deliver best in class HR Service support to employees and business managers, oversee accurate and timely processing of information with all stakeholders
  • Support activities related to annual global processes such as Performance and Compensation
  • Maintain good data quality in HR systems related to employee life cycle and provide support to other teams such as reporting team for on-demand reports related to employment life cycle related services
  • Support training organisation and administration of different training programs
  • For the first 2-3 months, you will have an opportunity to participate in transition projects in various European countries


What you'll need to succeed
  • Min. 2,5 - 3 years of experience in HR processes, preferably in a multicultural environment such as Shared Service Centre (SSC) or Business Service Centre (BSC)
  • Experience in HR management tools (Workday is a plus) and/or SAP (modules PT, OM, PA)
  • Excellent cooperation skills, ability to communicate and explain procedures and solution proposals to partners in an understandable way
  • English proficiency (level C1)
  • French or/and Dutch proficiency (level C1)
