The role
The Senior HR Mobility Specialist manages all aspects of candidate and employee relocations into the Netherlands. They will take initiative to solve problems independently, exercising discretion within guidelines and evolving industry standards. They will also manage immigration and tax rulings related to working in the Netherlands.
Responsibilities
Support immigration case life-cycle management for foreign national employees
Collaborate with key internal partners on coordination of Mobility Program
Partner with external tax provider to manage the tax rulings
Articulate complex relocation scenarios including international tax and immigration
Provide guidance and support to HR Business Partners & Talent Acquisition
Requirements
6+ years’ experience as a Senior HR Mobility Specialist
In depth knowledge of global mobility processes
Deep knowledge on 30% ruling & Dutch immigration & tax services
Good command of English, Dutch is a plus
Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a high paced environment
