Client Details
Senior HR Manager will be responsible for entire HR function of Wroclaw offices and will cover all day-to day- activities while developing best practices within the organization.
There is an opportunity to join multinational group working with global and experienced HR team and participate with creation new standards and development of SSC structures.
Description
- Overall responsibility for Human Resources in the Shared Service Center in Wroclaw, an organization of 150+ employees
- Direct management of HR Specialists Team (2-3 employees), being responsible for defined and assigned areas,
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives, aligned with overall business strategy,
- Supporting current and future business needs, through close cooperation with Process/Project Managers within the development, engagement, motivation and retention of Employees,
- Building and implementing the Employer Branding strategy, together with managing the selection and recruitment process,
- Overseeing the performance evaluation process, salary revision process, succession planning, internal mobility and other development possibilities for Shared Service Center Employees,
- Creating and accomplishing the HR budgets (EB, Social Fund, Training),
- Developing compensation and benefit strategy, based on market search and pay surveys,
- Executing proper payroll delivery, by close cooperation with external provider,
Profile
- University degree (human resources, psychology, economy or related field)
- 3+ years of experience on HR Manager/Business Partner/Team Lead,
- Very good knowledge of labor law and HR best practices, together with HR trends
- Strong understanding of all HR main processes (e.g. recruitment, hiring, employer branding, payroll, performance and talent management, compensation & benefits, development & retention)
- Ability to build and manage relationships at all levels of the business
- Strong managerial and leadership skills
- People oriented and solution driven
- High work ethic skills and standards
- Very good English
