Currently for our Client, leading global professional services company located in Kraków, we are looking for Candidates interested in Senior HR Data Analyst position to join their team.

Your new role
As a Senior HR Data Analyst you will be acting as Senior Specialist – Individual Contributor to drive data excellence into global markets. Execute on action plans, communications and stakeholder management to counsel and advise Local HR on how to better maintain data and execute to global standards. Consult and advise on continuous improvement opportunities tied to Workday configuration to solution areas of opportunity

What you'll need to succeed
Suitable Candidate should understand Employee Master data structures and dependencies, possess general knowledge of HR Business Processes in Workday, Understand of HR structures and operating environment
Data security knowledge requirements and regulations. Experience in implementation of Workday (internally or externally) or integration with the other systems would be an asset. Fluent level of English and excellent analytical skills are required.
