For our Client – one of the world’s leading manufacturing company – we are looking for Candidates willing to work on a position of a Senior Group Controller.
The successful Candidate will be responsible for monthly group management reports for the Management Board, annual and multiyear budget planning and estimates in coordination with subsidiaries, analyze monthly variances between actual results, forecast, prior periods and develop action plans to achieve the desired financial performance. The scope of duties will also cover coaching and supporting of the operational entities in all economics related issues, providing direction, managing and developing a direct report that is responsible for supporting business and manufacturing performance.
We are looking for a person with an ability to think strategically, who has above 6 years of experience within finance and excellent skills in sales, production and procurement controlling. Very good knowledge of spoken and written English is a must, second foreign language as well as an experience in SAP environment will be an asset. What is more, we are looking for Candidates willing to travel abroad, characterized by multi-tasking, time-management and organizational skills .
