Role Description

Are you an experienced Project Engineering professional with a focus on Capex projects? Do you want to contribute to our Capex projects across the world?

Integration Engineering Global Projects & Engineering
Project Engineering is located within the section Brewing Engineering & Safety, part of Global Projects & Engineering.
The role of project engineering is to ensure continuous alignment across all engineering disciplines concerned and all suppliers involved. You will ensure all interfaces between the various process streams across the various engineering disciplines are designed and constructed correctly. Engineering disciplines include civil, raw material handling, wort, beer, (waste) water, CO2, steam, cooling, power.

Responsibilities

As (Senior) Global Lead Project Engineering you will report to the Manager Brewing Engineering & Safety. Your position is based in Zoeterwoude; travelling to construction sites across the world is an essential part of your job. Travelling up to 30% of your time is expected. You will be working at several projects at the same time in various countries, in cross-functional project teams consisting of brewing, packaging, utilities and civil engineers and project managers and local representatives. You will be part of the global engineering community within Heineken Global Supply Chain.

Requirements

For this role we are looking for someone who is an experienced, independent and challenging project engineer professional with an extensive experience in international Capex projects.

Education and Experience
- A finalized Master/BSc study in mechanical engineering, process engineering or utility engineering;
- >10 years relevant working experience as project engineer, in engineering management.
