Our Client is an international company, leader in its industry, which lately established Business Centre in Krakow. Due to expanding operations of this Centre, currently we are looking for experienced accountants who will join the Finance & Reporting team.
On this position you will be mainly responsible for performing general booking and account reconciliation as well as intercompany reconciliation and postings. You will expense process ownership: support for planning and performance management team in a cost area, producing expense report for CFO ( throughout P&L expense and accrual review, close cooperation with Controlling department). Your duties will include Treasury resp. financial instruments, FX, hedge accounting experience. Moreover you will contribute to the Group's external and regulatory reporting (BS, P&L, notes to financial statement - according to IFRS, Swiss GAAP and Solvency regulations).
We are looking for professionals with general knowledge of finance as well as previous experience in General Ledger accountancy (min. 3 years of experience in GL / reporting / controlling area). You need to present analytical skills and positive attitude, English skills are required – at least B2 level. IFRS experience with special focus on financial instruments and/or hedge accounting experience and SAP knowledge is a must. Swiss GAAP knowledge is a strong plus.
