Senior GL Accountant

Description
- Perform daily accounting activities within General Ledger area (including Statutory and Taxes) in SAP
- Actively performing period end closing and reporting in accordance to the law and company standards
- Analyzing balance sheet and P&L, accounts reconciliation
- Preparation of financial statements, tax returns and internal reports
- Taking part in accounting and finance projects
- Participation in external auditing processes
- Support internal audit including preparing ad-hoc reports
- Developing and maintaining relationships with management and clients
- Support Specialists in issue and query resolution
Profile
- University Degree preferred (especially within Finance and Accounting)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in finance and accounting area
- English language knowledge on advance level required
- Knowledge of tax regulations and statutory accounting
- Experience in the area of financial reporting / projects in the area of finance and accounting will be appreciated
- Proficiency in using SAP and Excel will be appreciated
