Currently we are looking for a talented Senior Gameplay Engineer for one of our Client - the independent games developer.

YOU ARE: An open-minded, creative person; A gamer always looking for new titles to play; A professional game developer with a passion for indie games
SO FAR YOU HAVE: At least 5 years of game industry experience, working on commercial projects; Shipped at least one game; Held the position of a gameplay programmer (or equivalent) responsible for developing and innovating gameplay systems and solutions; Experience working in a multi-disciplinary team; A drive to learn, improve your skills and adapt to new challenges
YOUR SKILLS INCLUDE: Excellent skills in C#; Practical experience with the Unity engine; Engineering effective, reliable and robust architectures based on design documentation, as well as self-driven research and development; Solid understanding of fundamental algorithms, data structures, performance and optimisation concepts; Fluent English - in speech and writing; Hands-on experience with Visual Studio; Experience with version control systems – PSCM/P4/Git/SVN; Knowledge of the games industry, modern gaming hardware and current gaming and software development trends
IT WOULD BE AN ADVANTAGE IF YOU: Held position of a lead programmer or equivalent on one or more game projects; Are experienced in working with AI (games or otherwise); Have extensive experience working with the Unity engine; Are familiar with game design concepts; Have experience developing games for different platforms; Have a BSc/BEng (or higher) degree in Computing Science (or similar science/engineering course)
OFFER: Full-time, on-site position in an office that is a part of the game dev/creative collective in the centre of Poznań; Contract form negotiable, any contract form comes with 20+ days of paid leave of absence (exact number dependent on the contract form); Salary between 8000 and 15000 PLN (net - B2B or permanent employment) - open to negotiations depending on skills and experience; Flexible work hours; Relocation assistance; Potential for individual and team growth - additional training, access to learning resources, conferences and other events
