For our client, an international manufacturing company, we are looking for experienced and motivated mature professional for the position of Senior FP&A Analyst.
You will be a member of team of 4 senior experts dedicated to build and implement FP&A strategy in EMEA Region. You will directly report to EMEA FP&A Lead who is also the EMEA Board Member. As a Senior Analyst for FP&A you will provide analytical support to the business leadership team by monitoring performance and identifying areas for improvement including cost optimization, volume and margin analysis over customer and product segments as well as works with the global FP&A team members on project related activities and analysis. Part of the responsibility is to collaborate with business stakeholders to define new metrics and help drive business performance. This role may be focused on customer segments, supply chain, or performance for the business. You will be directly involved in FP&A, process improvement and ad-hoc project support. Your responsibilities include: identifying analytics needs of internal teams through a comprehensive understanding of their business and collaboration with its stakeholders, partnering with internal customers to develop analyses that lead to actionable insights that improve business decision making, performance, and business growth as well as defining and working with stakeholders to improve data integrity and usefulness throughout the platform, including identification and implementation of opportunities to improve operations and processes that impact data. Very interesting part of everyday work is challenging the business with a critical view and propose opportunities to improve and monitoring operational performance including variance analysis and comparison against forecast and budget. You will also support the preparation of financial business plan, forecast and budget as well as assist with monthly reporting (regional and global) and communicate results to the BU leadership. Occasional travel can be required (10% - 25%).
We are looking for Candidate with Master’s Degree in Finance and Accounting, Economy or related and with minimum of 5 years’ experience in a financial role, preferably in a business analysis role, gained within a manufacturing sector. Fluency in English is a must. We would like you to have the proven experience in identifying key metrics, developing reports and analytical views in business intelligence tools. We need you to understand the wide variety of analytical processes, tools, and approaches. What is also important is the experience with business driven/self-service business intelligence as well as the outstanding analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail. The crucial requirements is also to understand a problem, structure the analysis needed to solve it and come up with innovative and insightful solutions and recommendations. You will be dedicated to conduct many financial projects so good project management skills are more than welcomed. We are looking for the collaborative team player with good interpersonal skills, extremely result driven, with open personality and a pro-active attitude, able to work and communicate effectively using virtual technology with a worldwide team. Strong communication skills are absolutely essential as well as high Excel skills, knowledge of SAP ECC and/or BW is considered a plus.
