Senior Financial Controller / VP Finance
Candidate will be full independent and responsible for all financial control aspects for group of entities. Will report directly to CFO and cooperate with Investors.
It's ideal role for candidate with min 6 years of experience and experience in an audit company (preferably BIG 4) in real estate team or in real estate business. Our client can offer cooperation on B2B agreement.

For an our Client, fast growing, well known real estate company, currently we are looking for outstanding candidate for a Senior Financial Controller / VP Finance role based in Warsaw City Center.
Description
* Controlling of the performance of the Group's SPVs and the Group as a whole
* Statutory, management and bank reporting
* Budgeting and cash flow forecasting on the standalone and consolidated basis
* Participation in the Group's year-end process including cooperation with the Group's auditors
* Supervision of the external accountants
* Cooperation and contact with Investors (reports, financial data, recommendations)
* Cash flow forecasting plus analysis
* Managing day-to-day operational matters of the SPVs
* Development project controlling
* Cooperation with the financing banks and utilization requests preparation
* Other matters of the SPVs assigned in the area of finance, tax and accounting
Profile
* Education in Finance & Accounting area or similar
* Total experience of min. 6 years (working in real estate audit will be an asset)
* Real estate industry experience
* Strong accounting and financial reporting background
* Excellent working knowledge of MS Office,
* Advanced command of Excel and analytical skills will be a great advantage
* Perfect command of English
* The candidate should be energetic, enthusiastic, proactive and reliable, should be able to deliver tasks independently and work in a team
* Ready to work under time constraints
