Senior Financial AnalystMiejsce pracy: Kraków
This role will be a senior role with financial analysis focus on business planning, actuals analysis and reporting activities.
Main Responsibilities:
- leading communication with clients and business partners, based on the sales organization, supply chain, market controlling teams
- close cooperation with divisional managers and their direct subordinates in controlling spending levels and following up on issues with countries
- review month end close and ensure compliance with local accounting standards and policy
- forecast and plan data submission to the corporate systems
- preparation of the reports and presentation materials to support business planning and strategic review meetings
- develop and improve management reports to support business decisions
- be an expert in system reporting and management for stakeholders
- actively seek and implement process improvement initiatives
- support planning activities and deliver various ad hoc analyses
Requirements:
- Master degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
- at least 4 years of work experience in management reporting, forecasting/planning or controlling
- US GAAP experience is a plus
- good knowledge of financial processes in industry and business
- fluent English
- ability to identify key business issues and propose solutions
- strong commercial acumen and analytical skills
- ability to work effectively with sales, marketing and other functions at senior management level
- very good excel skills, experience with SAP BI, HFM (Hyperion Planning / EPM, or other similar tools)
- excellent communication skills
