Senior Financial Analyst (Controlling)
Our client, an innovative company with an SSC unit in Poznan is now looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join their high-performing team! A perfect candidate would be someone who is also experienced in controlling.

Our Client is an international chemicals technology company known for their innovativeness. They operate globally and they have an SSC unit in Poznań.
Description
- Collaborating with the TL; ACC Policies & Procedures Team, Corporate Controlling Team, Local Controllers worldwide (27 legal entities)
- Collecting data for the analyses: operating working capital analysis, cash flow analysis and other
- Taking part in monthly/yearly accounting closing (sales&margin analysis, P&L validation)
- Communicating with the Finance Director and the Global Marketing and Finance team
- Supporting harmonisation and standardisation of the existing processes
- Ad-hoc projects, e.g. cash flow forecast
- Initiating process automation projects
- Performing a review of SOP (standard operating procedures) twice a year
- producing high quality reports and drive overall standardisation and harmonisation of the reporting landscape
- supporting the annual budgeting process
- providing high quality data for financial analysis.
Profile
- Accounting and controlling processes understanding
- Fluency in English (both spoken and written)
- Knowledge of SAP needed (preferably SAP BD)
- Advanced Excel skills (VBA would be an advantage)
- Understanding of SOX or IFRS would be an asset
