For our Client, multinational production company with Shared Service Centre established in Katowice, we are looking for Accountants with experience in General Ledger, General Accounting, Statutory Accounting or Audit with German language skills.
As a Local Compliance Accountant you will be initially responsible forexternal audit coordination and preparation of statutory accounts, external reporting requirements and international tax transactions settlements. You will be responsible for deferred tax calculations and other tax packages, coordinating the preparation of direct and indirect tax returns - organization and coordination between with the GBS accounting team, plant locations, and direct or indirect tax group to prepare data for the direct tax return. Moreover you will act as a subject matter expert knowledge for differences between local GAAP and US GAAP i.e.to support the GBS accounting teams US GAAP adjustment bookings.
We are looking for a Specialist experienced in Audit, RtR, Compliance, General or Statutory Accounting who speaks English (German, Italian or Spanish languages will be strong advantage). You should presents high communication skills, independence and very good organizational and analytical skills.
