On behalf of our Client, a newly GSS established in Gdańsk, we are currently seeking Candidates for the position of Senior Time Management Specialist.
Your new role
Holding this position your key responsibility will be supporting time and attendance processes for employees. You will be a part of newly established team, where at the beginning you will be responsible for managing the transition of time management processes from abroad. Once transition is completed, you will have responsibilities such as managing complete time management process and administer the time and attendance management system (SAP PT). Moreover, you will monitor the employee related changes to time, overtime hours and you will upload data to payroll. Other duties will include communicating with internal and external stakeholders, answering to inquiries and acting as Time Management System Key User by supporting Time Management Super Users.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate for this role should possess at least 3 years of experience in HR Area – Compensation and Benefits. Experience in Learning and Development will be an asset. Moreover, candidate we are looking for possesses strong SAP know-how with focus on PT, OM and PA modules. We are also looking for a person with excellent ability to communicate and strong attention to details. As the ideal candidate, you possesses fluency in both English and German, together with proficient Excel skills.
