Our client is a professional FMCG and Food organization, based in Belgium.
Our client is one of the largest en most leading companies in the Bakery sector. A company where passion, quality and innovation are highly valued. The company is growing rapidly and we are looking for an entrepreneurial and ambitious senior customer marketer who likes to be part of this growth.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
The senior customer marketer we are looking for a candidate that breaths marketing! Within the company and the segment, marketing is getting more and more important and as a senior customer marketer you are responsible for creating the best marketing road towards the future. Your focus will be the artisanal channel which needs a different and more out of the box marketing approach in comparison to the retail or industry channels. In this new role you are channel responsible for the artisanal segment worldwide ( with a focus on: Brazil, USA, China and Russia). This means travelling worldwide looking for customer segmentation possibilities and solutions. You are a strong communicator both inside and outside the company.
Expect a dynamic role within a quickly developing company that is willing to give you the possibility to implement your ideas. Working on group level means you are working with multiple BU’s with different people and different roles.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strong expertise in marketing, trade marketing, marketing insight’s and trends.
- Monitor competition in terms of marketing positioning in the artisan market.
- You are channel responsible on group level (headquarters).
- Delivering marketing plans with ‘out of the box’ ideas and promotions that will be implemented on shop level.
- Bring marketing expertise within the company.
- Strive to a strong category strategy on global and regional level.
REQUIREMENTS
- MSc in Business, Economics or related field.
- Experience in FMCG (non-food is possible, FMCG = Must)
- 10 + years of experience in Marketing within FMCG or Food (related)
- Open to travel globally up to 30%
- Based in Brussels or willing to move towards Brussels
