For our Client, international and globally recognized company establishing its Global Business Service Center in Tricity, we are currently looking for a person to hold the position of Senior CS Specialist & Project Coordinator (interested in architecture and interior design).
Your new role
Holding this position you will be responsible for the coordination and execution of custom and architectural projects in lighting business. Your duties will include acting as a point person for all involved parties within the quotation and order-to-cash process including after sales service for defined (key) accounts. You will be serving selected customers in defined countries through active and direct selling and service and maintaining a good relationship with all customers in collaboration with all Customer Service Departments and international Area Managers. You will be managing a platform of customers and maintaining a good business relationship with them according to the local policies. You will be contacting the clients in order to inform, support and consult them and follow-up with activities and you will be advising them on the whole product range, the stock situation, possibilities of various products, product applications, and novelties. Your duties will also include order and complain handling and ensuring that goods are shipped in accordance with applicable shipping procedure in close cooperation with exporting company and involved parties.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal Candidate for this role should possess previous experience on customer-oriented position and be fluent in English, knowledge of German would be an asset. You should express interest in the interior design and architecture industry. We are looking for a person who is capable of satisfying the demanding Clients needs and providing them with outstanding customer experience. You should be also capable of building and maintaining long-term relationships with them and building collaboration with other business lines.
