To achieve our ambitious growth goals and to further develop our Controlling team in Krakow we are currently looking for a (Senior) Controller to join our team.
Your Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Support the Investment Controlling, M&A and Analytics Team Lead in:
- supporting the corporate subsidiaries with business issues
- creating (deviation) analyzes and the necessary reports
- preparing business review meetings
- supporting the planning processes (forecast, budget and medium-term planning) at group and investment level - supporting financial due diligence in M&A transactions
• Transfer Pricing:
- responsible for documentation of intercompany relationships
- counterpart for Group Tax and Accounting
- setup a standard model for calculation of intercompany relationships
• Maintain and enhance Controlling related processes and IT landscape, especially:
- prepare Forecast, Budget and other planning models
- maintain reporting hierarchies in Lucanet
- support the implementation of PowerBI
• support innovation, automation and digitalization in a flexible, solution-oriented and pragmatic approach
• other regular and ad-hoc financial controlling tasks as deemed necessary
What you offer:
As successful candidate, you will bring the following:
• university degree or equivalent qualification in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related subject
• experience in Microsoft Office (esp. Excel and PowerPoint) and SAP (or other accounting systems – a plus). Practical knowledge in reporting (BI) tools would be a plus
• experience in leading transformative change, delivering process efficiencies through simplification, automation & standardization
• passionate about digitalization, new technologies and business transformation
• excellent knowledge and understanding of enabling technology typically used within a financial services organization
• strong interpersonal skills to network, communicate and influence at senior management levels
• client centric mindset and superior customer service focus
• fluent in English, German language skills would be a plus
