For one of our Client, production company located in the area of Poznań we are currently looking for a expienced Senior Comodity Buyer.
Core duties will include: drive supplier relationship at management level, building up image and reputation towards new suppliers from diverse industries, establishing cost reduction plan using multiple Sourcing levers from negotiations, resourcing, building up costing tools for rapid cost estimations on tender phases, negotiating framework agreements and renegotiating expired agreements.
You should have at least 5 years experience in Sourcing within International background, both market and technical knowledge on sheet metal work &cabinet industry, knowledge on wire harnesses is a plus, fluent in English (Chinese is a plus), change management skills, capability to interface easily with multiple departments and people from diverse cultures and nationalities.
