Senior/Cobol Developer

Our customer is a new player on Warsaw IT market so if you are interested in using your skills to build something from scratch and you would like to shape the future — this offer might be something for you!
As Cobol Developer, you will be responsible for active developing the IT solutions so good knowledge of relevant tools and technologies will be something very valuable. Proactive approach to project tasks, taking initiative to provide proper solutions and fluent communication on daily basis will be part of your responsibilities. In exception of responsibilities you will also have a chance to learn something new and to travel to Scandinavia sometimes!

Responsibilities:
- Developing IT solutions
- Taking partial responsibility for minor projects
- Ability to working independently with defined problems with certain areas of expertise
- Communicating possible issues with team
- Taking the initiative in relation to relevant solutions.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of business experience
- Experience in Cobol software development (RPG, CL, (C+), ILE RPG, SQL, Cool 2E)
- Experience in Atlassian tools
- Experience in Agile environment (SCRUM, SAFE, Kanban)
- Basic knowledge about financing and banking
- Good English, knowledge of Swedish, Danish or Norewegian is advantage
- Readiness to perform business trips to Scandynavia
