Senior Buyer/ Team Leader

Due to the development of the company currently we are looking for Senior Buyer/ Team Leader.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Identify, propose and manage suppliers in accordance with product requirements, purchasing policies and objectives in line with company's strategy and targets
- Identifying resourcing cases and for supporting implementation of approved cases in a timely manner.
- Negotiating with suppliers, supporting logistics in delivery disruptions and handling technical changes from a purchasing viewpoint.
- Coordinating the team work.

The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- Min. 3 years of experience of procurement of direct material.
- Team leader experience.
- Fluent knowledge of English language (both orally and in writing).
- A background in the automotive industry.
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Office and an ERP system, SAP would be preferred.
- Team player - to align with plant teams in Poland (main focus in Pruszkow)
