Ideal candidate is an experienced Finance or Business Controller ready for relolation to Prague. The candidate is going to work for recognizable, new business of one of the leaders in FMCG industry. The Candidate will report directly to Regional CFO and cooperate with local General Manager.

Description
- Business Delivery & Performance Management (Market Share, Net sales & EBIT, Cash & Working Capital)
- Provide analytics and insights to drive business performance and inform pricing, investment and innovation decisions
- Active cash management to secure business liquidity
- Lead financial forecasting/budgeting and longer-term strategic planning processes
- Business Controls & Risk Management
- Managing and reporting all P&L lines
- Working Capital improvement:
- Work with the shared service teams to ensure effective and aligned communication and
- deliverables are met
- Local Tax compliance and reporting, in conjunction with local advisers
- Support Internal Audit team and drive full implementation of any recommendations
Profile
- Minimum 4-5 years of professional Finance / Business Controlling Function
- ACCA would be a great asset
- Very strong track record of delivery in previous Finance roles
- Understanding of business and finance envirnment
- Ability to independently run the Finance function in corporation
- Strong analitical and Excel skills
- Ability to work in matrix environement / structure
