For one of our client, international company from biotechnology industry with office based in Wrocław, currently we are looking for an experience Senior Business Assistant with German.
Your new role
On this position you will be responsible for support and administration of projects in the Finance area. Moreover Perform Project management office duties including regular reporting, prepare slides and presentations based on inputs provided and develop and maintain the social media presence of the Finance Organization will be in scope of your responsibilities. On daily basis you will also coordinate meetings and events, book travels, manage calendars and assist in all kinds of administrative tasks.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in Senior Business Assistant role you will have around 1-2 years of relevant work experience, Bachelor’s degree, preferably in administration, finance or related field and very good experience in using MS Office, especially PowerPoint. Excellent English and German language skills - written and spoken is a must. Ability to prioritize projects and strong problem solving skills and customer oriented mindset to work effectively are also highly required.
