For our Client, international company located in Krakow, we are currently looking for Senior Business Analyst.
Your new role
Holding this position, you will be responsible for developing and driving strategic target operating model for the management. You will be sponsoring and driving the execution of all work within the roadmap, escalating issues to executive sponsors as needed. Also, you will be partnering across the organization, forming strong relationships with key teams to drive the strategy and roadmap forward. Important part of your duties will include analysing and driving solutions to solve complex operations, systems related and/or customer issues with possible financial risk. Moreover, you will act as liaison between various business and teams, representing the process remediation work stream. This will involve communicating with senior management, by presenting recommendations in a meaningful format and lead change efforts.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful Candidate, you must hold min. 5 years of experience as IT Project Manager/ IT Business Analyst/ System Business Analyst preferably within IT Infrastructure environment. You must have strong analitycal skills, advanced MS Excell skills together with strong knowledge and understanding of the financial, operational, technical and regulatory drivers impacting a complex and dynamic global technology environment. Also, you need to be experienced in IT strategic planning, governance and management as well as hold ability to influence, partner, and negotiate with senior business leaders to gain commitment to accomplish business goals. Due to work in international environment, you need to have fluent English language skills.
