For our Client, a global financial institution that is opening new department in Kraków, we are currently looking for a person interested in the role of Senior Business Analyst.
Your new role
Holding this position you will be responsible for providing support to IT Project Manager and their business partners, resolution of E2E complex problems including Architectural, Functional and Technical problems. You will translate requirements into structured programme artefacts as well as you will work closely with stakeholders, developers, architects and a variety of end users to ensure technical compatibility for agreed solutions. Moreover, you will have full and up-to-date understanding of the business & IT strategy, current practices and system capabilities. As Senior Business Analyst you will be also involved in Data Modelling as well as initiation and maintenance relationships with key stakeholders and business contacts.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be a successful candidate on this role you need have over 4 years of experience as Business Analyst preferably from finance related department, experience in delivering regulatory programmes as well as excellent understanding and knowledge of complex data models, data sourcing and analysis. You must be familiar with relational database applications and understanding of database structures. Moreover, you must be able to work in large programmes across multiple streams as well as hold ability to analyze data requirements and business requirements from stakeholders through to architecture and development teams. It is also required to have advanced SQL, Excel skills and experience in working in Agile methodology. Ability to create Epics & User Stories User story mapping would be your strong advantage. Due to work in international environment you need to have fluent English language skills.
