For our Client - global provider of HR, Financial, IT and Risk Management services we are currently looking for experienced data/ risk analyst who will join the company on Senior Business Analyst position and will closely cooperate withthe Risk Director.
Your duties:
- providing resource and Business Analysis to help Risk Director with the cadence of the routine risk work, allowing to develop tools, metrics and guidance alongside the Risk Office, Compliance, Legal & Ops teams (proactive monitoring, the introduction of tools to aid the business performance measurement, facilitating compliant solutions through best practice sharing)
- design and deliver a country risk dashboard for the EMEA leadership, presented quarterly
- maintain and develop the EMEA RRC Share-point site, fostering greater usage from the Business Units
- support the 2018 communication plan with the country c-suite and EMEA leadership
We are looking for:
- Strong influencer and communicator across all levels of the organisation
- Advanced Excel & PowerPoint competency
- Fluent English
- Excellent reporting and presentation skills: experience in designing dashboards, presentations, business analysis
- Familiarity with SQL, Business Intelligence / Objects, Share-Point
- Execution capability, proven track record of project management and delivery
- Energetic and positive, trusted and respected, credible with internal stakeholders
- Excellent problem solving, analytical and numerical skills
- Enthusiastic team player with strong relationship and empathy building skills who is capable of selling reasons for change to a diverse range of stakeholders
- Excellent networking and relationship building skills
