Currently, Andea is looking for an innovative, skilled, and passionate Senior Business Analyst to help us enhance and further develop of our cloud Manufacturo platform and applications (www.manufacturo.com). This is your opportunity to design forward-thinking solutions that will impact millions of lives and improve how things are made around the world.

• We are at the stage of creating new products and solutions. This means no support for old products at this time. We fully utilize the creativity of our developers
• We work in scrum teams consisting of developers, product owners, analysts, DevOps engineers, UI/UX specialists

Main job responsibilities:
• Analyze and translate business needs into requirements (Functional, Non-functional).
• Articulate requirements to development teams in the form of user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain a common, value-oriented product backlog for Manufacturo applications.
• Cooperate with architects on planning and designing, make recommendations and decisions for future reference
• Support teams to resolve the dependency, capacity, and resource issues.
• Participate in test designs and user acceptance testing.
• Create and maintain product documentation for users and other developers.
• Support business application implementations.

Wymagania

We expect from candidates:
• 5+ years’ experience in common business analysis and Agile techniques.
• Demonstrated experience working in software development environments, where customer experience is a key focus.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Process mapping experience essential.
• Strong influencing, advising, facilitating, mentoring and knowledge sharing skills.
• Advanced written and spoken business level in English.
• Ability to perform work independently with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and systems is a plus.

Andea is a global MES (Manufacturing Execution System) software integrator of systems like DELMIA Apriso, DELMIA Ortems, and our own MES platform, Manufacturo.
