We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Client's behalf for a person in the following role:
Senior Business Analyst/Project Manager
(Data Services – CS-MIP)
Key accountabilities:
Impact on the Business:
Support the Group Data Services CS-MIP Critical Asset Identification programme Programme Manager during mobilisation activities
Run workshops and other stakeholder sessions to define requirements and capture current Risk assessment frameworks and future risk assessment processes
Work closely with Group Data Services CS-MIP Critical Asset Identification programme stakeholders, regional and countries CIO/COO to ensure risk assessment requirements are understood, translated and documented
Own business requirements and other analysis artefacts produced
Track, control, monitor changes to artefacts owned
Work with stakeholders to identify, define 3rd party applications and scope of critical assets, contribute to the definition of inherent risk assessment and re-assessment process.
Customers / Stakeholders:
Co-ordinate and administer workshops, working groups and committees
Prepare/distribute meeting agendas/papers and document/distribute minutes and actions
Leadership & Teamwork:
Work closely with the Group Data Services CS-MIP critical asset identification programme Programme Manager and Group Data Services IT teams to ensure streamlined delivery
Interact effectively with your delivery team, GB/GFs, Group Data Services and IT groups
Co-ordinate input/output from GB/GF members of working groups and project governance teams
Lead and provide direction to members of the offshore team
Requirements:
Experience/education:
Experience of working in a Risk Management environment E.g. Operational risk, Security risk or cyber security risk at a programme and group level
Experience in the industry standard CIA (Confidentiality, Integrity, Availability) Classification Standard
Experience of working in the delivery of projects or programmes across different sectors within Financial Services
Ability to work effectively under pressure with competing and rapidly changing priorities
Ability to develop cohesive working relationships with internal/external stakeholders
Ability to bring analytical rigour and structure and effective solutions to poorly-defined problems
Typical qualifications would include a Bachelor’s degree / equivalent experience
Experience of working with senior stakeholders in a global environment
Experience of working in and Offshore/Onshore Model
Ability to perform between 70% analytical activities and 30% project management tasks
To communicate effectively at all levels verbally and in writing
To be resourceful and have the ability to work on multiple tasks to fulfill programmes objectives
