Senior Business Analyst/Pricing Manager
Candidate will report abroad and after onboarding will be fully responsible for pricing process management for 5 countries, will cooperate with all departments like: logistics, sales, operations, finance and also will be exposed on C-Level position in different countries.
We are looking for candidate with min 4 years of experience on independent position where he/she was responsible for pricing process management and presenting recommendations and ideas. What is important, proper candidate has to be open for business travels - of course based on current pandemic and health and safety situation.

For our Client- International company leading provider of eCommerce logistic services for the world's premier brands and retailers, because of growth, we are currently looking for proper candidates to fulfil newly created Senior Business Analyst/Pricing Manager. Position based just close to Warsaw from West side (Pruszków).
Description
- Analyse and build optimal pricing models to drive margin growth,
- Complete financial models for renewals/extensions of existing client deals,
- Perform Post Mortem analysis on profitability and operating characteristics of client deals,
- Cooperation with external institution (GUS, Auditors, NBP),
- Work cooperatively with various internal groups within the Group to obtain costing in support of the pricing models (sales, operational, logistics),
- Update and investigate continuously actual costs at the group, partner and functional levels. This would be accomplished by working with internal partners to gather appropriate data, review activity reporting as well as reviewing revised contracts,
- Monitor market and industry trends to insure competiveness. Utilise and compile benchmarking analysis of comparable performance metrics and competitive proposals,
- Present deal structures and P&L's to executive committees and deliver comprehensive recommendations,
- Take initiatives to achieve the main KPI goals (customer, budget, revenue),
- Manage stakeholders: creating buy-in among managers and interested parties (sales, finance), achieving compromises and communicating openly and effectively,
- Close cooperation with the sales team, you elaborate effective proposals to the customer and make recommendations to the management,
- Also have a feeling for the specific business and customers and create a win-win situation for both the customer and the company,
- Bearing in mind your international responsibility, often travel will be required,
- Develop and control KPIs, report and present plans,
- Perform monthly P&L business reviews and provide high quality analysis and commentary for variances,
Profile
- Total experience of min. 4 years including on similar position. Ideally experience in pricing, finance, business analysis, (Business/Finance Analyst with focus on Sales, Business/Commercial/Finance Controller, Pricing Lead/Analyst/ Pricing Manager),
- Experience in a complex warehousing fulfilment environment, eCommerce, logistics, retail industry will be great asset
- Previous exposure to an agile matrix and international environment,
- Excellent working knowledge of Excel, Word and Power Point,
- able to use on daily basis,
- In depth quantitative analysis and solid business insights are a second nature to you,
- Motivated and able to play a leading role in projects management, you dare to assume a lot of responsibility,
- Proactive and focused on results and you demonstrate an entrepreneurial and creative spirit,
- Open-minded and internationally minded, focused on deadlines and results of work,
- Very good communication and presentation skills, to establish and maintain effective working relationships,
- Able to drive project independently,
