Senior Business Analyst/Consultant

Role and responsibilities:
Ability to define Requirements and create functional specification documentation for rolling out new features of Service now forms
- Business Analyst with min 5 years of BA experience in IT oriented projects at leading Banks.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a BA (Experience must be IT-oriented and the in-banking industry, preferably I-banking or Wealth Management).
Senior BA position no 1:
- One of Last 2 projects in Database migration, involving SQl, DB skills, Data analytics
- Data Driven Analysis – working with stakeholders for specific data driven optimisation use cases, drive out and validate use case problem statements, build requirements for data analytics needed to identify optimisation opportunities, then build requirements to deliver against these opportunities (e.g. data analytics may identify an automation opportunity for which we would need to build requirements)
- Very strong capabilities/experience with SQL and APIs required; ETL experience strongly preferred; additionally, competence with JIRA/One PPM, MS Office Suite skills required.
Senior BA position no 2:
- One of Last 2 projects in either Data Centre Hosting project, Database migration, Infra domain area.
- Process Analysis – Working with stakeholders across hosting to identify and document our processes, look for regional inconsistency and inefficiency, and generate requirements and recommendations to adjust these processes to make them more globalised and efficient.
- a wInfrastructure domain experience: meaning familiarity working as a BA, with requirements and analysis around infrastructure technologies. Must have some infrastructure domain experience : meaning familiarity working as a BA, with requirements and analysis around infrastructure technologies
