For our Client, Knauf company which opens in Katowice its new IT Centre, we are currently looking for a person interested in the role of Senior Application Specialist.
Your new role
Holding this position you will be working in an international team on improving the Aurea CRM system. You will customize, configure and parametrize systems according to technical concepts in time, budget and quality. You will also perform technical deployment, data migration solution related systems monitoring as well as 2 ndlevel support. Your duties will include collaboration with Solution Architect regarding opportunities for technical improvements, and incident reporting and analysis.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be a successful Candidate on this role you need to possess at least 5 years of professional experience in SAP area as well as knowledge of CRM solution, preferably in Aurea CRM, alternatively in SAP CRM, Sales force or Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Relevant degree in IT or Engineering is required. You also need to possess knowledge of ITIL Service Management.. Very good knowledge of English is a must.
