As a Senior Application Specialist you will be working in an international team on operating the client order to cash and logistics processes

Description
- Manage SAP Application Operations for ERP
- Ensure Services and Service Level for the SAP applications delivering Support globally
- Define KPIs & ensure system monitoring
- Ensure all SAP Operations processes & related support processes
- Support Release management including transport management & change management of major or minor SAP releases
- Operate as gatekeeper to ensure the quality of new SAP solutions
- Manage integrational aspects to meet availability / quality targets
- Continuously improve processes, tools, procedures as well as organisation / responsibilities
- Exchange experience with other stakeholders
- Interaction with the Projects and Programmes to improve processes
Profile
- 5+ years experience as SAP professional application specialist
- ITIL Service Mgt. Knowledge
- Proven knowhow in configuration of the SAP modules SD / LE.
- Solid Experience in sales processes:
- Master Data in Sales
- Sales processing
- Shipping
- Transportation Management
- Freight Management
- Billing
- Pricing and Bonus
- Credit Management
- Basic understanding of SAP infrastructure and SAP development workbench.
- Reading and debugging of ABAP and ABAP/OO programs
- Good understanding of integrative SAP processes and interfaces to the neighbour modules PP, MM, FI, CO

- Fluent in English
