Our client is a leading provider of technical services worldwide. As the company is opening new projects in Katowice we are looking for candidates with financial background.
Main tasks and responsibilities:In your new role you will be dealing with operational F&A activities within an Accounts Payable area. You will be responsible for the preparation of specifications/reconciliations and documentation of the submitted financial data. You also will perform billing, prepare invoices and/or other documentation and send them to the clients and ensuring that financial records are kept in accordance with compliance requirements.
Candidate profile:From a candidate we expect university/college degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or similar. Previous experience in accounting/ finance area: over 3 years (relevant financial experience in international SSC or BPO environment). Knowledge of SAP is a must. International experience will be an asset. As you will be cooperating with customers from different counties, we require communicative level in English and German (B1).Because of work specific we are looking for a person who is service and customer oriented, cooperative and responsible.
