Senior AP Accountant
This job is responsible for delivering accounting services on behalf of the business unit with full accordance to the process requirements and legal regulations. The employee has advanced knowledge of the processes, tools and applications and is perceived as sought out expert by other associates. The employee drives complex changes and improvements and can lead people and projects.

For their developing Financial Center of Excellence in Poznań we are looking to hire candidates for the roles within AP department.
Description
- Ensure vendor and business unit issue resolution within agreed SLAs
- Follow up on aged invoices (AP Ageing) and GR/IR items within agreed SLAs
- Execute Consignment Stock and Self-Billing process
- Drive process standardization across multiple business units to best practice
- Take part in ad-hoc projects and support continuous improvement environment
- Establish and maintain a control environment for the processes represented by MFS
- Support with external and internal audit needs for processes owned by MFS
- Support Specialists in issue and query resolution
Profile
- University degree preferred - especially within Finance and Accounting
- English language knowledge required
- Knowledge of, and minimum 3-4 years experience in core finance functional competencies
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and using own initiative
- Excellent attention to detail
