Senior Android Developer
Location: Remote PolandWe are looking for a talented Android developer to join our team to work on the SAP field service application that is used by thousands of field service engineers to carry out their day-to-day maintenance and installation tasks of complex machinery.
This role allows you to work on features that will support engineers in the field while they install, repair, and maintain various types of machines across numerous industries such as the food process, energy, and healthcare. You will be joining a talented team of software developers and quality assurance engineers that work in a dynamic and lean way to deliver regular updates to our Android application.
RESPONSIBILITIES
● Work on features, bug fixes, and deploy regular updates to our Android application.
● Collaborate closely with UX and QA teams to ensure the features you work on meet our quality standards.
● Work with a complex code base and help maintain and evolve it over time.
● Troubleshooting issues and delivering solid solutions that meet our high-quality standards.
● Work with cross-functional teams to ensure feature parity across our iOS, Android and Windows solutions.
SKILLS
MUST
Strong Kotlin
Middle Java
Strong SQL
Strong engineering skills and software fundamentals in Android SDK and Components;
Gradle - middle
Experience working with complex native code bases
Experience developing well written and tested code
Excellent written and verbal skills in English
