Senior Analyst, Supply chain
We are looking for a Senior Analyst, Supply chain for Packaging Materials Division. In this role you will be a key player in implementing our strategy by making our supply chain data driven and service as a competitive advantage.

You will work as a part of our international team in close co-operation with other Supply Chain teams within Packaging Materials
Opis stanowiska
- Analyzing how Business Operations work in reality
- Creating descriptive analysis, analyzing cause-and-effect relations of related variables and proposing actions to improve performance
- Elaborating predictive models that enable us to foresee improvement opportunities or possible performance bottlenecks in advance
- Proposing digital solutions to create real, tangible value and quantifying these value opportunities
- Driving fast prototyping with end users to validate and further elaborate the identified opportunities
- Ensuring that the developed solutions are properly scaled up and taken into use
Profil kandydata
- M. Sc. degree in Business analytics, Computer Science, Economics, Statistics, Industrial management or another relevant field
- Previous work experience from analytics and data modelling (utilizing SQL, R or Python, Power Query; Visualization with Power Bl or other analytics solution)
- Proven track-record of delivering fast results with iterative working approach
- Self-driven approach, willingness to take responsibility and ability to work independently
- Ability to continuously prioritize development backlog
- Positive and inspirational attitude with focus on tangible results
- Fluent English, both oral and written
Additionally, we value experience of:
- Complementing analysis with Machine Learning or Al components
- Utilizing MS Power Platform solutions
- Using process mining or RPA tools
- Working with external analytics partners
