Your new company
We are looking for a person to hold a position Senior Accounting Specialist to one of the company located in Cracow.
Your new position
You will be responsible for:
- Chief Accountant support for a joint stock company
- Performing daily finance and accounts operations (cash, credit cards, bank statements)
- Accounting of sales and purchase documents and invoices
- Payroll postings
- VAT – keeping registers and preparation of returns
- Cooperation with ZUS, GUS offices
- Providing audit support specific to managerial accounting/reporting
- Performing ad-hoc analytical analysis from executive requests
- Processing payments
- Supporting/being a backup person to Chief Accountant, including responsibilities such as CIT calculation, Preparing balance sheets and P&L accounts
Our requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Accounting (full spectrum of financial and cost accounting)
- Knowledge of Polish accounting standards
- Advanced English in speech and writing
- Attention to detail and ability to work under time pressure
- Good numerical skills with attention to details
- Ability to work with limited supervision
