For our Client, one of the world’s leading organization, we are looking for candidates for the position of a Senior Accounting Specialist (GL Department)

You will be a part of a multinational company and you will be working with a professional and truly global team. You will be responsible for:
process General Ledger transactions: journal entries, fixed assets, accruals, GL accounts reconciliations, post of bank transactions
balance sheet accounts reconciliation and intercompany reconciliation process
active participation in the GL month-end closing process
ensure close process is completed in an accurate and timely manner
interact with internal and external auditors
What do you need to succeed?
At least 3 + years’ experience in a similar position
Ability to identify and manage the implementation of process improvements
Knowledge of general ledger principles, procedures and standards
University degree, preferably in Accounting / Finance
ACCA/ CIMA certificate will be an additional asset
Proficiency in English, knowledge of other languages will be an additional asset
The ability to successfully handle multiple tasks
Desire to learn and develop
