For our Client, international real estate company, we are currently looking for Candidates to work as Senior Accountant.
The Candidate will be responsible for providing commentary and on-going updates as to trends in spending and where risks or opportunities lie and for providing monthly, annual and half-year management reporting. His/ Her scope of duties will cover reviewing and approving invoices, assisting the business with administration tasks for billing and managing day to day processing of accounts and minimising bad debt provisions ensuring internal deadlines are met. Senior Accountant will be first point of contact for finance shared services for AP and billing queries.
We are looking for a person who has experience in an international professional services companies or related (corporate) environment, strong user knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel). Fluency in English - written and spoken is a must. We are looking for Candidates who are team players with self-motivation, strong organization and follow up skills including the ability to handle competing priorities and meet all deadlines and commitments and also ability to operate within teams of different cultures.
