For our Client multinational investment bank we are currently looking for qualified Candidates for the position of Senior Business Analyst (Security)
• Location: Wroclaw
• Project start: September 2019
• Form of cooperation: B2B contract via HAYS
• Rate: 100 – 145 PLN / h net + VAT (depending on the experience)
Your role
Are you familiar with Microsoft’s Active Directory technology? Do you know how to work effectively with numerous stakeholders and engineering to identify what our clients need? We’re looking for someone like that to help us:
– Build the bridge between clients, architecture, engineering and operations teams and formulate our requirements so that all involved parties can easily understand what we have to build and why.
– Gain stakeholder buy-in from our clients, architecture, engineering and support teams
– Document your findings, use cases and requirements in a solution agnostic way
– Understand, plan, design and document processes and play an active role in their introduction and handover
Your team
You’ll be working in the Active Directory team, located in Wroclaw and London and Switzerland. We are part of Infrastructure and Security Engineering and you are responsible to design and engineer the core Active Directory infrastructure and associated components for the firm’s IT environment. You will assist (business) development and operations teams with Active Directory related projects (consulting and doing) and be the “go to” place for all Active Directory related questions.
You have:
– A university degree computer science, management information systems or professional certifications – 5 years of experience in IT security or Business Analyst
– Strong communication and presentation skills
– The ability to translate what the client needs into Features and Requirements
– Experience in Business Analysis within IT Infrastructure and/or IT Security
– An understanding of the software development life cycle
– Strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesising skills
– Preferably knowledge of Windows Directory Services Environment and any of Microsoft Active Directory, Quest Recovery Manger, Quest Active Role Server, Quest Change Auditor
You are:
– fluent in English (both written and verbal)
– passionate about what you do (and really excellent at it)
– confident to take over end to end responsibility for the work delivered by you and your team
– proactive, comfortable working in dynamic environments with fast-paced deliveries and changing requirements
