You will be a good match if you:
- Experience of working in Agile environment, including at least 1 year of Scrum Master or comparable experience
- Strong communication skills
- Solid understanding of Agile principles and values and their application
- Practical experience of Scrum
- Strong facilitation, coaching, influencing and mentoring abilities
- Self-motivation and the attitude aimed at continuous learning and education (CLE)
- Experience with Agile toolsets
