- 2 weeks sprints
- Every developer has possibility to share his thoughts and ideas about new features to the client

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leading, training, and coaching the team in organization's scrum adoption
- Responsible to remove the impediments for the scrum team to keep the schedule
- Create and ensure favorable project environment which enables open discussion, decision making and solve conflicts
- Driving internal and external communication
- Arrange and facilitate daily stand-up, demo and other required meetings
- Close cooperation with Product Owner with regards to planning and priorities
SKILLS
MUST
- Education in computer science, information technology, or a relevant field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience as a scrum master or in a similar role.
- Hands on experience of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, with focus on Scrum
- Leadership and management experience
- Excellent people and project management skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
NICE TO HAVE
- Project Management expertise (PMI, Agile, Prince2)
- Previous financial industry experience
- Certified scrum master preferred
