For our Client, international company located in Krakow, we are currently looking for Senior Business Analyst.
Your new role
Holding position of Scrum Master your role will be to encourage Scrum and Agile best practices within the team, and coach team members as needed. You will promote a culture of collaboration and a mentality of constant improvement within the team and strive to make the team self-organizing. Working with the Product Owner, the Scrum Masters ensure the team understand the product vision, roadmap and priorities and that a backlog is available and ready.

What you’ll need to succeed
In order to be successful Candidate for this position you need to have proven track record of experience on similar position, possess strong knowledge about Agile methodology and philosophy combined with ability to promote this culture and spirit of collaboration among the team. We are looking also for person who is able to adjust to various situations, identify and successfully problems. As you will be part of big multinational organization- fluent English is mandatory.

Key responsibilities
- Encourage Scrum and Agile best practices within the team, and coach team members as needed
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies
- Promote a culture of collaboration and mentality of constant improvement within the team
- Work with Product Owner(s) to ensure backlog is available and ready
- Help team formulate meaningful and realistic Sprint goals, delivering real value
- Resolve or chase resolution of any impediments
- Raise identified risks with the Delivery Lead
- JIRA administration for the team
- Produce team metrics and reporting
- Assist with program-wide metrics and reporting, as needed
- Work with other Scrum Masters to manage inter-team dependencies and Sprint demos
- Assist in PI planning preparation, as needed
