We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Client's behalf for a person in the following role:
Scrum Master
Kraków
Key Accountabilities:
Sizing and ranking user stories and tasks.
Helping the team to get rid of impediments.
Reporting metric s and implementing information radiators for the team as catalysts for change.
Reflecting Agile and Scrum values to the team.
Continuously improving process.
Maintaining tools (Story board, Action board, charts, backlogs, etc.)
Helping team and product owner to find a suitable
Definition of done.
Definition of ready.
Agile coaching team member.
Mediating through conflicts.
Fostering the developer team’s self-organization.
Mediating the general conflict of goals between the development team and product owner.
Continuing learning regarding Agile and divulging information team members regarding process.
Develop Agile/DevOps engineering practices (one click releases, continuous delivery, feature flags, branching strategies etc.)
Exchanging constantly with other Scrum masters in the organization
Helping to write or split user stories.
Helping to write or adapt product visions.
Helping to order product backlog items with the product owner.
Helping with the release planning.
Reporting on the teams work
Requirements:
3+ years Agile SCRUM experience
Development Management experience
Strong servant leadership skills
Relationship management and networking skills
Excellent presentation and negotiating skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven experience in managing significant risks and problem resolution
Experienced in scrum master and people management
Understanding and implementation of key agile artefacts
Understanding of Agile metrics and reporting. Release burn downs, Sprint Burn downs, Velocity etc.
User story mapping
Story point sizing and ranking according to value based priorities for evaluation of a Minimum Viable Product
Active in Agile meetings when required for retrospectives, scrum of scrums
Release planning in coordination with other Agile teams for overall sprint planning
Kanban skills, restriction of WIP
BDD development or implementation
Agile risk management
Competent RTC skills
DevOps migration experience
