For our Client, well-recognised power company located in Gliwice, we are currently looking for a Candidate interested in the role of Scrum Master.
Your new role
As a Scrum Master you will be responsible for ensuring Scrum is understood and enacted and you will organizing things around DevOps team. You will coaching Product Owner and Stakeholders in requirements management (ensuring high level roadmap is in sync with Backlog items) but also the Development Team in self-organizations and cross- functionality. Facilitating Scrum teams in their regular meeting (daily stand-ups, sprints etc.) and supporting team and Product owner in technical decisions and ensure that technical wise product is going in proper direction will be also one of your duties. You will be working in Gliwice along with other team members and delivering to Sweden, Denmark, Netherlands and UK market.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be a successful candidate you need to holds at least 2 years of experience on Scrum Master position and experience in web applications/solutions is required. You should have certifications of Certified Scrum Master or Professional Scrum Mater . Experience in project management and leading Agile Scrum teams, experience in working in DevOps model and knowledge about Azure Cloud and Azure PaaS solutions will be an advantage. Fluent English is a must have due to international work environment.
